Tory Rose and Benjamin Van Heuvelen, both of Ames, exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 1, 2009, at the Coldwater Golf Course. Pastor Dennis Hietbrink officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Linda and Marvin McManigal of Glenwood and the late Doug Rose. The groom is the son of Conley and Rhonda Van Heuvelen of Alton.
Robyn Hall, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. The best man was Braden Van Heuvelen, brother of the groom.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Glenwood Community High School and a 2009 graduate of Iowa State University. The groom is a 2004 graduate of Floyd Valley High School and a 2009 graduate of Iowa State.
The couple resides in Ames.
