Knights go on road for 59-14 victory

The Fremont-Mills football team improved to 4-0 on the season with a 59-14 victory on the road at Nishnabotna Friday.

The Knights racked up 340 total yards, including 252 on the ground behind  a pair of 100-yard rushing games by Spencer Phillips and Parker Powers.

Phillips finished with 119 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries and Powers ran for 101 yards and a score on just six carries.

Quarterback Jason Rusten was 4-of-6 passng for 88 yards and two touchdowns.

Powers led the defense with seven tackles. Mackenzie Lang added six tackles and an interception.
The Knights are back home Friday hosting East Mills for homecoming. Kick off is set for 7 p.m.
