Frank O. Stevens, Jr., 85, of Malvern, died April 4, 2011, in Council Bluffs. Funeral services were held Thursday, April 7, 2011, at Malvern United Methodist Church. Pastor Carl Phillips and Pastor Ted Sieck officiated. Interment was in the Malvern Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Malvern Fire and Rescue.
He is survived by his children, Lee Stevens; Michael Stevens; Julie Bailey all of Malvern; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Genelle Zanders of Omaha, Neb.; and Sherri Bass of Glenwood.
Peterson Mortuary of Glenwood was in charge of arrangements.
