Charles W. Clark, age 71, of Red Oak, died Dec. 31, 2009, at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital in Red Oak. No formal services are scheduled at this time.

    Mr. Clark is survived by his mother Geraldine Clark of Red Oak, formerly of Malvern; sisters, Elaine Campbell of Lincoln, Neb.; and Janice VanMeter of Red Oak; brother Steve Clark of Centennial, Colo.; and other relatives.

    Mansfield-Hertz Funeral Home of Malvern was in charge of arrangements.
