Steven L. Benscoter, 62, Pacific Jct.

    Steven Lloyd Benscoter, 62, of Pacific Junction, died near Little Sioux while returning from Sturgis, S.D., on Aug, 9, 2010. Funeral services were held Monday, Aug. 16, 2010, at Hertz Funeral Home in Glenwood. Burial with Military Honors was in the Lewis Township Cemetery, Council Bluffs.
    Steve is survived by his daughter, Rachel Kapp and husband Jacob of Omaha, Neb., and two grandchildren; mother, Lois Benscoter-Agnew and husband Harold; sister, Louisa Taylor; and a nephew, all of Council Bluffs; aunts and uncles; other relatives and many friends.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
