Rams sweep Trojans on road

Glenwood went on the road and picked up a 25-19, 25-21, 25-22 sweep of Atlantic in Hawkeye 10 Conference volleyball last Tuesday.
“It feels really good to have a strong start to the H-10,” said Glenwood coach Jenn Schneider. “The team did a great job of getting out of tight situations to get the job done. What stood out to me was how composed they stayed. Each set stayed pretty tight, especially towards the end and the girls never seemed to get rattled. They helped pick each other up and support the person next to them to get the next play.”
The Rams collected 31 kills while hitting .237 as a team in the win.
Jordyn Schulte led the way with 10 kills. Addie Madison and Lily Lee added six each and Ayrianna Legband had five.
Kayla Christian paced the offense with 26 set assists and Jacie Kanngieser added 11 digs.
