Incidents
    Sept. 18 – Paul Johnson of Glenwood reported a forgery.
    Sept. 20 – Justin Hilworth of Omaha reported criminal mischief.
Accidents
    Sept. 18 – A vehicle driven by Brigham Timm of Malvern proceeded through a yield sign on Marion Avenue and collided with a second vehicle driven by Brandy Welch of Hastings, who was westbound on East Fourth Street. Minor injuries were reported at the scene but no one was transported to the hospital.
