MILLS COUNTY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
A public hearing will be held at 6:30pm on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at the Mills County Engineers/Building & Zoning Office Building, 403 Railroad Avenue, Glenwood, Iowa during the regularly scheduled Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting to discuss and take formal action on:
•Discussion/Formal Action on Zoning Special Use Permit #16-001 for the proposed secondary commercial business use and operation of pet grooming services within the existing residence at 56742 230th Street, Glenwood (Glenwood Township) [Parcel ID # 048910000000000 – Sec/Twp/Rng: 1-72-43].
•Discussion/Formal Action on Zoning Special Use Permit #16-002 for the proposed commercial retail business use and operation of pet boarding kennels and grooming services within a new site developed property and constructed building at 58872 Iowa Road, Glenwood (Glenwood Township) [Parcel ID # 051760130000000 – Sec/Twp/Rng: 14-72-43].
•Discussion/Formal Action on Zoning Special Use Permit #16-003 for the proposed secondary commercial business use and operation of pet boarding kennels and grooming services within an existing accessory building at 53461 Elrod Road, Glenwood (Oak Township) [Parcel ID # 029330020000000 – Sec/Twp/Rng: 24-73-43].
