Kenneth Dean Scott, 87, of Malvern, passed away Jan. 16, 2012, at Risen Son Christian Village in Council Bluffs. Funeral services were held Friday, Jan. 20, 2012, at the United Methodist Church in Malvern with private family interment in the North Grove Cemetery, rural Hastings. Memorials are suggested to the Malvern United Methodist Church or Fairview Country Club Golf Course. Mansfield-Hertz Funeral Home of Malvern was in charge of arrangements.
Kenneth is survived by his wife of 66 years, Iva Jewell Scott of Malvern; son Roger Scott of Urbandale; daughter Sharlene Grindle of Hastings; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
