Glenwood Police Reports 7/9/14

Incidents
    June 30 – Justin Dashner of Glenwood reported a theft.
    June 30 – Dawn Christensen of Glenwood reported a harassment.
    June 23 – Geraldine Bolan of Glenwood reported a burglary.
Accidents
    June 23 – A vehicle driven by Billie Monson-Johnson of Glenwood struck a stop sign at the intersection of Fourth and Walnut streets, proceeded north on Walnut where the vehicle struck a parked pick up truck. It was discovered earlier in the day the same vehicle attempted to pass a vehicle on Linn Street, driven by Kadie Clark of Glenwood, as she attempted to pull into her driveway and struck the vehicle causing minor damage. Monson-Johnson was later identified as the driver and was subsequently arrested for numerous charges. No injuries were reported.
    June 25 – A vehicle driven by Carol Tibben of Glenwood was southbound on Harolds Drive when the driver stopped as a child on a bicycle approached the intersection. The child crossed the centerline and went down in front of Tibben’s vehicle, hitting the vehicle’s front bumper. The child had abrasions and a bump on the head. After being checked by medical personnel, the child’s mother declined further medical treatment.
    June 28 – A vehicle driven by Claude Perkins of Randolph was eastbound on Highway 34 when the vehicle struck a deer in the roadway.
