    March 20 – David Thelen of Glenwood reported a fraudulent practice.
    March 22 – Ladeena Green of Glenwood reported a harassment.
    March 26 – Victory Kopiasz of Glenwood reported criminal mischief.

Accidents
    March 25 – A van owned by John Fraissinet of Glenwood was being loaded onto a trailer when the winch pulling the van malfunctioned causing it to roll off the trailer, down a hill and into a garage door on North Locust Street. No injuries were reported.
