George Aubrey Garrett III, 58, Shell Knob, Mo.

George Aubrey Garrett III, age 58, of Shell Knob, Mo., died at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Mo., on Sunday, March 21, 2010. Funeral services with military honors were held at the White Funeral Home, Cassville, Mo., on Thursday, March 25, 2010.

    Survivors include his wife, Laura Garrett, of Shell Knob, Mo.; his mother, Ruth Rhode, of Tabor; sons, Travis Garrett and wife Tricia, of Glenwood; Josh Garrett of Des Moines; and David Daffern of Colorado Springs, Colo.; daughters, Amanda (Garrett) Canon and husband Josh, of Oak Creek Wisconsin; and Tina (Garrett) Stouder and husband Chad, of Glenwood; step-daughter Jami McSorley and Josh Martin, of Shell Knob, Mo.; sister, Janice (Garrett) Johansen of Glenwood; step-sister. Nancy (Rhode) Eustice; six grandchildren, two nephews, extended relatives, and many friends.
