Gary James Wichman, 75, of Glenwood, formerly of Omaha, Neb., passed away Sept. 18, 2011, in Glenwood. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2011, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Glenwood. Pastor Seth Kaiser officiated. Interment will be at a later date. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church in Glenwood. Peterson Mortuary in Glenwood is in charge of arrangements.
Gary was the son of Ray and Vi (Raabe) Wichman, born Jan. 8, 1936, in Hadar, Neb. He is survived by his wife, Patricia of Glenwood; sons John Wichman of Malvern and David Wichman of Omaha; and sister Lana Ellett of Omaha.
