Ron and Lori Jens have announced the engagement of their daughter, Sarah, to Jeremy Jacobus, son of Peter and Jane Jacobus.
The bride to be is a 2004 graduate of Glenwood Community High School and 2008 graduate of Central College with a degree in exercise science. She’s currently a fitness coach at Anytime Fitness in Johnston.
The future groom is a 2001 graduate of Glenwood Community High School and a 2006 graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in mechanical engineering. He’s currently employed by ProCad Designs, providing support to the John Deere Des Moines Works Facility in Ankeny.
A May wedding is planned at Trinity Lutheran Church in Glenwood.
