Dorothy Marie (Dick) Welp, 80, of Glenwood, formerly of Jewell, died June 24, 2010, in Glenwood. Funeral services were held Saturday, June 26, 2010, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Glenwood. Additional funeral services and burial took place at Elim Lutheran Church in Randall on Tuesday, June 29, 2010, with burial at the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Randall.
Mrs. Welp is survived by her children, Dick and wife Nancy Welp of Forest City; Mary and husband Scott Simms of Glenwood; Bradley and wife Jana Welp of Marcus; 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, extended relatives and a host of friends.
Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church or Elim Lutheran Church. Peterson Mortuary in Glenwood was in charge of arrangements.
