East Mills' $22 million bond issue has passed by a narrow margin. A 60-percent "Yes" vote was required for passage.
Passage means the district's two schools will be consolidated into one Pre-K - 12 campus in Malvern.
A regional center for Career Technical Education (CTE) has been proposed for the site of the current East Mills Elementary School near Hastings.
