Iowa State Patrol investigators said a 2017 Ford pickup truck driven by 62-year-old Allan J. Garrow of Broughton, Ill., was driving eastbound on Highway 34 and pulling a horse trailer, about three miles east of Malvern, shortly after 11 a.m., when his vehicle crossed the centerline for unknown reasons, striking a westbound semi-trailer truck loaded with soybeans driven by 29-year-old Michael William Stamp of Neola.
