Billed as the “ultimate summer sendoff bicycle party,” more than 500 bicyclists from Iowa and surrounding states converged on the Wabash Trace Nature Trail last weekend for two days of cycling and music.

The second annual “Pedaler’s Jamboree Iowa” began Saturday morning for a two-day round-trip journey between Mineola and Shenandoah. The event included an overnight stay in Shenandoah along with live music and refreshments at communities along the trail.
