    Dec. 1 - Larry Stortenbecker of Glenwood  reported a theft.

Accidents
    Nov. 25 – A vehicle driven by Sydney Johnson of Glenwood swerved to miss a deer on Barrus Road causing the vehicle to roll.
    Nov. 30 – A vehicle driven by Patrick Manuel of Clarinda was unable to stop while driving southbound on Highway 59 when a second vehicle, driven by Janet Spicer of Emerson started through the intersection of Highway 59 and 415th Street.

Judge James Richardson
    Christopher Lynn Young, Glenwood – admits violation of terms of probation on original charges of third-degree burglary and third-degree attempted burglary, sentenced to serve 120 days in county jail with credit given for time already served, probation is revoked.
    Jason Anthony Vasquez, Hastings – found to be in violation of terms of probation, sentence on original charges of second-degree arson and second-degree burglary imposed (10 years in state correctional facility on each count).

    Nov. 14 – Bill Narron of Glenwood reported criminal mischief and a theft.
    Nov. 16 – Michael Schneider of Glenwood reported a theft from his property.
