    James Richardson
        Cody A Leet, Glenwood – driving a motor vehicle on an expired license, pleaded guilty, ordered to pay $50 fine, court costs and fees.

    Correction
    Jessica Maschka of Glenwood was mistakenly listed as a defendant in the district court proceedings published in the July 30 edition of The Opinion-Tribune. She has not been accused or charged of the offense listed.

        Kain Tylor Endicott, Tabor – trespassing, pleaded guilty, sentenced to time served, ordered to pay court costs and fees.
        Erik Carlson, Nebraska City, Neb. – possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, ordered to pay $65 fine, court costs and fees.
