    Feb. 27 – A vehicle driven by Shaun Goines of Glenwood attempted to make a left turn onto Sixth Street when the driver lost control of the vehicle and slid into a curb, breaking the front passenger wheel.

        Michael A. Batten, Council Bluffs – controlled substance violation, pleaded guilty, sentence suspended to 180 days in county jail with credit given for time served, one year probation, driver’s license suspended 180 days, ordered to pay court costs and fees.
        Alfred Charles Barrett, Glenwood – assault while displaying a weapon, pleaded guilty, prison sentence suspended, one year probation, ordered to pay court costs and fees.
