        Shelly Jean Logemann, Council Bluffs – driving while license is barred (habitual offender), unlawful possession of prescription drugs, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 53 days in Mills County Jail on each count, driver’s license suspended for 180 days, ordered to pay $315 fine on each count, court costs and fees.
        Tammy Jo Gammon, Glenwood – ongoing criminal conduct, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 25 years in prison, ordered to pay restitution, court costs

        Feb. 4 – A vehicle driven by Damon Govig of Red Oak was southbound on Highway 275 towing a trailer when the driver said he fell asleep at the wheel and the trailer entered the east ditch and jackknifed against an embankment.
