  •     Aug. 26 – A vehicle driven by Janice Engle was northbound on Locust Street attempting to make a left turn and did not see a motorcycle driven by Christopher Gorham of Bellevue approaching southbound on Locust. Gorham did not have enough time to stop and collided with Engle’s vehicle. No injuries were reported.

  • Judge Kathleen Kilnoski
     Matthew Taylor Gray, Shenandoah – prohibited act/prescription drug violation, pleaded guilty, deferred judgment, one year probation, ordered to pay $315 civil penalty, court costs and fees.
     Michael Capps, Council Bluffs – driving while license is barred (habitual offender), pleaded guilty, sentenced to two days in county jail with credit for time served, ordered to pay $625 civil penalty, court costs and fees.

        Richard Jerald Driscoll, Sidney – O.W.I. (third offense), pleaded guilty, sentence suspended to 30 days in county jail with credit for time already served, two years probation, driver’s license revoked for six years, ordered to pay $3,125 fine, court costs and fees.
