        Nov. 9 – Zackary Jones of Malvern reported  criminal mischief.
        Nov. 9 – Brian Delanty of Glenwood reported a burglary and theft.

        Nov. 20 – Cindy Morrical of Glenwood reported a burglary and criminal mischief.

        Nov. 4 – Troy Smith of Emerson reported a burglary and theft.
        Nov. 4 – City Mortgage Inc. of O’Fallon, Mo. reported a theft.

    Accidents
        Nov. 1 – A vehicle driven by Andrew Reeve of Glenwood was westbound on Eastman Road when the driver lost control of the vehicle in a curve causing the vehicle to enter the south ditch. No injuries were reported.

    Incidents
        Oct. 30 - Andrew Jeppesen of Glenwood reported a violation of a protection order.
        Nov. 14 - Eagle Eye Property of Glenwood reported a burglary and theft.

    Accidents
        Oct. 29 - A vehicle driven by Gabrielle Poole of Glenwood was backing out of a parking space behind the Grid Iron Restaurant when her vehicle struck a legally parked vehicle. Poole left the scene and was later located by Glenwood Police.

        Jeremy Duane Williams, Glenwood – interference with official acts (bodily injury), pleaded guilty, sentence suspended to seven days in county jail with credit given for time already served, one year probation, driver’s license revoked for one year, ordered to undergo substance abuse evaluation, pay $625 fine, court costs and fees.

        Brett Coyle, Glenwood - probation revoked on charge of domestic abuse assault, sentence of two years in prison with credit for time served reinstated, ordered to pay court costs and fees.

        Julie Ann Vore, Council Bluffs - driving while license is barred (habitual offender), pleaded guilty, sentence suspended to seven days in county jail with credit for time served, ordered to pay court costs and fees.

  • Glenwood Police Reports 11-6-13

    Incidents
        Sept. 27 – Kwik Shop of Glenwood reported a shoplifting.

    Accidents
        Oct. 26 – A vehicle driven by Amy Benson of Council Bluffs was backing out of parking stall on North Vine Street when a second vehicle, driven by Leida Johnson, backed out of her parking stall and struck Benson’s vehicle. No injuries were reported and no citations were issues.

  • Glenwood Police Reports 10-23-13

    Accidents
        Sept. 28 – A vehicle driven by Kaylena Pavelka of Glenwood was southbound on North Walnut Street when the vehicle left the road and struck a vehicle parked in a driveway and then a mailbox before continuing on to First Street. The driver was ticketed for OWI and numerous traffic offenses.

        Oct. 10 – A vehicle driven by Mark Totasek of Omaha was westbound on Highway 34 when his vehicle blew a tire and struck a concrete barrier. No injuries were reported.

        Oct. 16 – Mickie Perian of Pacific Junction reported a trespassing.
        Oct. 18 – Lake Ohana Market reported a theft.

        Oct. 6 – Dave Hartley of Glenwood reported a theft.

        Delbert Thomas Davis, Council Bluffs – driving under suspended license, pleaded guilty, ordered to pay $50 fine, court costs and fees.
        Brenton Charles Gordon, Council Bluffs – found to be in contempt of court for violation of terms of probation on charge of third-degree burglary, sentenced to four months in county jail with credit given for 33 days served.
