    Incidents
        June 23 - Taylor Carter of Glenwood reported a harassment.
        July 13 - Anne Hoffmeier of Glenwood reported a harassment.
        July 14 - Becky Armstrong of Glenwood reported a serious assault.
        July 15 - Mediacom of Red Oak reported vandalism.
        Jacob Morrison of Glenwood reported an assault.
        July 16 - MidAmerican Energy of Glenwood reported criminal mischief.

  • Mills County District Court August 1, 2012

    Judge
    James Heckerman
        Billy Ray Hunter, Tabor – defendant admits to violating terms of probation, found to be in contempt of court, sentenced to 180 days in county jail with credit given for 36 days served, ordered to pay court costs and fees, released from probation.
        Troy Edward Grindle, Glenwood – third-degree theft and driving while license is barred (habitual offender), pleaded guilty, sentence suspended to two years probation, ordered to pay court costs and fees.

        The Glenwood Summer Food Service Program is free to all children ages 18 and under.
        Breakfast is served at Glenwood Middle School,  8 - 9 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
        Kid’s Place Daycare is located at 103 Central, at the Glenwood Resource Center campus. Breakfast is at Kid’s Place Daycare from 8 - 9 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. – noon. Limited seating is available.

         Glenwood Middle School, is located at 400 Sivers Road. Breakfast is served 8 - 9 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

         Kid’s Place Daycare is located at 103 Central, at the Glenwood Resource Center campus.

    Breakfast is served 8 - 9 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. – noon. Limited seating is available.

        Trista Boles of Hastings reported a theft.
        July 11 - Isaac Harless of Pacific Junction reported a burglary and theft.
        July 12 - Michael Nunez of Glenwood reported an identity theft.
        Doug Polaschek of Hastings reported a theft and burglary.
        Zoey Frink of Henderson reported a theft.

    Magistrate
    Lyle Mayberry
        Nathan D. Godwin, Lincoln, Neb. - third-degree harassment, pleaded guilty, jail sentence suspended, ordered to pay $65 fine, court costs and fees.

        John Michael Hudson, Hastings - interference with official acts, pleaded guilty, pleaded guilty, ordered to pay $100 fine, court costs and fees.

        Michelle Lee Grimstad, Glenwood - violation of school attendance regulation, pleaded guilty, ordered to pay $100 fine, court costs and fees.
