        Zachary Aaron Rowan, Glenwood - O.W.I. (2nd offense), pleaded guilty, sentence suspended to seven days in county jail with credit given for time already served, one year probation, ordered to submit DNA, undergo substance abuse evaluation, pay $1,875 fine, court costs and fees.

        Justin T. Nuckolls, Pacific Junction – operating a motor vehicle with an expired license, pleaded guilty, ordered to pay $50 fine, court costs and fees.
        Dustin Wayne Griffin, Pacific Junction – defendant admits violation of probation, original sentence on charges of burglary and criminal mischief imposed.

        Oct. 26 – David Kowskie of Glenwood reported a theft.
        Oct. 26 – Amy Hummell of Emerson reported criminal mischief.

    Accidents
        Oct. 29 – A vehicle driven by Eric Parsons of Council Bluffs was southbound on 221st Street when the vehicle went off to the right and the drive over-corrected causing the vehicle to cross the center line and go off the road, strike a tree and roll over. The driver was transported to Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs.
