        Nov. 9 – Harry Kuhl of Glenwood reported a burglary and theft.
        Nov. 11 – Nicholas Harper of Glenwood reported a burglary and theft.
        Nov. 13 – Jim Hughes Real Estate reported a burglary and theft from a vacant house.
        Nov. 14 – Bill Narron of Glenwood reported criminal mischief and a theft.
        Nov. 16 – Michael Schneider of Glenwood reported a theft from his property.

        Robie Edward Shaw, Council Bluffs - operating a motor vehicle with an expired license, pleaded guilty, ordered to pay $50 fine, court costs and fees.
        Kenneth Hartwell, Glenwood - third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree theft, fourth-degree criminal mischief, fourth degree theft, pleaded guilty, sentence suspended to 14 days in county jail, two years probation, ordered to submit DNA, pay court costs and fees.

        Oct. 26 – David Kowskie of Glenwood reported a theft.
        Oct. 26 – Amy Hummell of Emerson reported criminal mischief.

    Accidents
        Oct. 29 – A vehicle driven by Eric Parsons of Council Bluffs was southbound on 221st Street when the vehicle went off to the right and the drive over-corrected causing the vehicle to cross the center line and go off the road, strike a tree and roll over. The driver was transported to Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs.
