Jacob Charles Stock – O.W.I., pleaded guilty, one deferred judgment, six months probation, ordered to pay $1,250 fine, court costs and fees.
Frank B. Cates, Council Bluffs – driving while license is barred, suspended sentence of six months in county jail with credit for time served, one year probation, ordered to pay court costs and fees.
Jeremy Jack Rusco, Glenwood – driving while license is denied or revoked, pleaded guilty, ordered to pay $50 fine, court costs and fees.

Oct. 22 – Shirley Ring of Glenwood reported a theft.
Oct. 21 – A vehicle driven by Charlotte Jensen of Glenwood backed out of a parking space and collided with a second legally parked vehicle.
Oct. 31 – A vehicle driven by David Goodman of Malvern was southbound on Main Street in Malvern when the trailer he was hauling became detached and struck a second legally parked vehicle owned by Sidney Flowers of Malvern. No injuries were reported.

Nikki Ann Segebart, Denison – gathering where controlled substances are used, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years in prison with credit for time already served, ordered to pay court costs and fees.
David Michael VanFosson, Shambaugh – O.W.I., pleaded guilty, sentenced to two days in county jail (may serve sentence in Page County or in Urban Dreams program), ordered to pay $1,250 fine, court costs and fees.
Oct. 16 - A vehicle driven by Dawn Harris of Pacific Junction was southbound on 195th Street approaching road construction on Highway 34 and failed to stop at a posted stop sign. The vehicle proceeded into the westbound lane where it was struck by a second vehicle driven by Jewel Harper of Glenwood. No injuries were reported.
Oct. 9 – A vehicle driven by Leslie Royer of Carson was traveling eastbound on Sivers Road when a piece of equipment in Royer’s vehicle struck a power and cable line unbeknownst to the driver.
Oct. 12 – A vehicle driven by Brian Lerette of Glenwood struck a deer near the intersection of Sharp Street and Redbud Avenue. No injuries were reported.
Oct. 16 – Jim Hughes Real Estate of Glenwood reported a theft.

Jeffrey Dale Liddell, Glenwood – third-degree harassment, pleaded guilty, ordered to pay $65 fine, court costs and fees.
Christopher C. Adkins, Sidney – driving while barred (habitual offender), pleaded guilty, sentenced to 14 days in county jail with credit for time already served, ordered to pay court costs and fees.
Ryan Scott Wendt, Pacific Junction – two counts of third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, sentence suspended to time already served, two years probation, ordered to submit DNA and pay $750 fine on each charge, court costs and fees.
Oct. 2 – Jason Weak of Glenwood reported a theft.
Sept. 11 – C&M Remodeling of Honey Creek reported a burglary and theft.
Sept. 27 – Tera McAtee of Glenwood reported a burglary.
Oct. 1 – A vehicle driven by Cullen Wake of Glenwood was stopped due to turning traffic on Sharp Street when his vehicle was rear-ended by a second vehicle, driven by Destiny Killin of Glenwood.
Oct. 2 – A motorcycle driven by David Long of Shenandoah was eastbound on Noyes Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. The driver was transported to Creighton Medical Center by Malvern Rescue. His status was unknown at press time.
