Patrick Neal Jack, Emerson – found to be in contempt of court, released from probation and ordered to serve 23 days in county jail, ordered to pay court costs and fees.

The Summer Food Service Program is sponsored by the Glenwood Community School District and is free to all children ages 18 and under. The program will run through Aug. 7 at the following locations and times:
Glenwood Middle School, 400 Sivers Road. Breakfast is served 8 - 9 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Kid’s Place Daycare, 103 Central, first floor at the Glenwood Resource Center campus. Breakfast is served 8 - 9 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. – noon. Limited seating is available.
July 8 – Robert Reeves of Glenwood reported criminal mischief.
July 11 – A motorcycle driven by Frank Trent of Cabot, Ariz., was westbound up a hill on Green St. when he attempted to turn north onto Grove St. and lost control of the vehicle, causing the driver to fall and strike his head on the pavement.
The driver was wearing a helmet, but began to lose consciousness. He was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
July 7 – A vehicle driven by Nancy Ruwe of Malvern was westbound on 221st St., southeast of Pacific Juntion, when she lost control of the vehicle, veered onto the right shoulder, over-corrected and crossed the center line into the eastbound lane. The vehicle then went off the roadway to the right, where it struck a tree. The driver was transported to the University of Nebraska Medical Center by Pacific Junction Rescue.

Dylan Lee Conn, Malvern – found to be in violation of probation on original charge of possession of a controlled substance, deferred judgment revoked, ordered to serve 30 days in county jail with credit given for time already served.
