  • Mills County District Court 12/10/14

           Judge Kathleen Kilnoski
        Joseph Eric Funke, Fontanelle - driving while license is barred (habitual offender), pleaded guilty, sentenced to time already served in county jail, one year probation, ordered to pay court costs and fees.
        Joseph Corey Jack, Glenwood - unlawful possession of a prescription drug, pleaded guilty, sentenced to time already served in county jail, ordered to pay $315 fine, court costs and fees.

    Judge Timothy O’Grady
        Angie L. Dabney, Pacific Junction - three counts of child endangerment, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years in prison with credit for time served (must complete in patient treatment at Santa Monica House), ordered to pay court costs and fees.
        Dakota Lane Liddell, Pacific Junction - interference with official acts, assault on persons in certain occupations, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days in county jail with credit for time already served, ordered to pay $315 fine, court costs and fees.
