Joshua James Evans, Crescent – assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years in prison with credit for time served, ordered to pay $625 fine, court costs and fees; false imprisonment, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year in prison, ordered to pay $315 fine, court costs and fees.

Accident
Oct. 31 – A vehicle driven by David Goodman of Malvern was southbound on Main Street in Malvern when the trailer he was hauling became detached and struck a second legally parked vehicle owned by Sidney Flowers of Malvern. No injuries were reported.
Incidents
Oct. 22 – Shirley Ring of Glenwood reported a theft.
Accident
Oct. 21 – A vehicle driven by Charlotte Jensen of Glenwood backed out of a parking space and collided with a second legally parked vehicle.

Jacob Charles Stock – O.W.I., pleaded guilty, one deferred judgment, six months probation, ordered to pay $1,250 fine, court costs and fees.
Frank B. Cates, Council Bluffs – driving while license is barred, suspended sentence of six months in county jail with credit for time served, one year probation, ordered to pay court costs and fees.
Jeremy Jack Rusco, Glenwood – driving while license is denied or revoked, pleaded guilty, ordered to pay $50 fine, court costs and fees.
