        Johnathan Robert Sibbitt, Glenwood - domestic abuse assault impeding air/blood flow causing injury, pleaded guilty, deferred judgment, two years probation, ordered to submit DNA, pay court costs and fees.
        Richard Jerald Driscoll, Sidney – O.W.I. (third offense), pleaded guilty, sentence suspended to 30 days in county jail with credit for time already served, two years probation, driver’s license revoked for six years, ordered to pay $3,125 fine, court costs and fees.

    Correction
    Jessica Maschka of Glenwood was mistakenly listed as a defendant in the district court proceedings published in the July 30 edition of The Opinion-Tribune. She has not been accused or charged of the offense listed.
