    Judge
    Richard H. Davidson
        Mitchell Stephen Waller, Glenwood – contempt or resist order of district court, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 11 days in jail, ordered to pay court costs and fees.
        Jeremy Raymond Jakub, Union, Neb. – third-degree theft, pleaded guilty, sentenced to serve 60 days in county jail with credit for time served, ordered to pay court costs and fees.

  • Glenwood Police Reports 12/24/14

    Accidents
        Dec. 18 – A vehicle driven by Molly Carr-Gross of Silver City, was slowing to make a left turn onto 11th Street but, due to icy road conditions, was unable to make the turn, causing the driver to continue south on Linn Street. A second vehicle, driven by Jordan Grassau of Glenwood and also traveling south on Linn, was unable to stop quick enough due to the slick road conditions and collided with  Carr-Gross’ vehicle.
