Seventeen bands from western Iowa will perform before judges at Ram Memorial Field in Glenwood at Saturday’s Iowa State High School Marching Band Festival.
High school bands from four
different classes will perform throughout the day, seeking the coveted Division I rating. The festival begins at 9:45 a.m. and is expected to last well into the afternoon hours.
Glenwood’s Marching Rams, shown here playing at halftime of the homecoming football game on Oct. 1, are scheduled to perform their show at 2:05 p.m.
Admission to the festival is $5 for adults and $2 for students.
