The fourth time wasn’t the charm for Fremont-Mills volleyball team.
Stanton got 14 kills from Carmen Subbert and hit .441 as a team in a fourth straight victory over the Knights this season in Tuesday’s 25-14, 25-11, 25-13 win in the Class 1A, Region 2 quarterfinals.
The Knights (18-10) hit just .159 in the loss, finishing with 18 kills. Taryn Williams led the way with 10 kills and Macy Williams added three. Macy Williams also pitched in three aces.
