Rams hold on against Harlan

Ryan Hansen and Bryce Cap pulled out an 8-6 victory in the final match of the day to clinch the Glenwood boys tennis team's 5-4 victory over Harlan last Tuesday.


The Rams jumped out to a 4-2 lead after the singles matches, but Harlan bounced back to win the first two doubles matches and knot the team score at 4-4 before Hansen and Cap's dramatic win.


Grant Nikseresht got off to a slow start but came firing back to win his singles match 10-6 over Nate Patee.


Dillon Stane, Grant Stivers and Bryce Cap all picked up singles wins as the Rams improved to 4-2 on the season.


The Rams cruised to a junior varsity victory as Scott King, Garrett Hembry, E.J. Hackett and Ryan Cronk all picked up singles wins in an 8-1 victory.
