Mills Masquers staging ‘School House Rock Live’

    The Mills Masquers production of the popular musical “School House Rock Live” will open July 20 at the Barton Theater.
   The show is based from the educational videos from the 1970s and 1980s, and features many of the popular songs, including “Conjunction Junction,” “I’m Just A Bill,” “Verb It’s What’s Happening,” and “Lolly, Lolly, Lolly.”
   Headlining the cast are Ben Umberger, Becca Jackson Cusick, Ryan Hansen, Jordyn Petersen, Nick McCue and Sami Woodrow.
   Additional cast members are Sam Kalhorn, Sara Kittle, Alex Neff, Amanda Fehlner, Jim Kalhorn, Deb Brauch, Clay Major, Ebony Belt, Taylor Cole, Zoe Mattox, Hannah Pratt, Zach Brauch, Allee Rounds, Autumn Aspedon, Heather Neff, Sydney Major, Lauryn Scott, Megan McFarlin, Elizabeth Pevehouse, Ryan Johnson, Eric Wells, Dianna Smith, Taylor Sullivan, Shelby Parks, Micah Brauch, Vince Salerno, Voniece Courtier and Kaylee Lilyhorn.
   The show is directed by Jeff DeYoung. Scott Hite is the assistant director, Lydia Schettler is the music director, and Ami Petersen is the choreographer.
