    Christopher Lynn Young, Glenwood – admits violation of terms of probation on original charges of third-degree burglary and third-degree attempted burglary, sentenced to serve 120 days in county jail with credit given for time already served, probation is revoked.
    Jason Anthony Vasquez, Hastings – found to be in violation of terms of probation, sentence on original charges of second-degree arson and second-degree burglary imposed (10 years in state correctional facility on each count).
    Michelle Marie Pardew, Malvern – forgery, pleaded guilty, sentence suspended to two years probation, ordered to pay $750 fine, restitution, court costs and fees.
    Matthew Richard Sears, Gretna, Neb. – second-degree theft, pleaded guilty, sentence suspended to five years probation, ordered to submit DNA, pay $750 fine, court costs and fees.
    Megan Jack, Emerson – second-degree theft, pleaded guilty, deferred judgment, two years probation, ordered to write letter of apology to victim, pay $1,000 civil penalty, restitution, court costs and fees.
    Brenton Charles Gordon, Council Bluffs – third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, deferred judgment, one year probation, ordered to submit DNA, pay $750 civil penalty, court costs and fees.
    Richard Allen Sullivan, Pacific Junction – domestic abuse assault, pleaded guilty, deferred judgment, six months probation, ordered to submit letter of apology to victim, ordered to pay $500 civil penalty, court costs and fees.
    Ozzy Ray Hunter, Tabor – two counts of possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced suspended to two days in county jail, one year probation, driver’s license revoked for 180 days, ordered to undergo substance abuse evaluation, pay court costs and fees.
    Casey Lee Tunnell, Red Oak – possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, deferred judgment, six months probation, ordered to undergo substance abuse evaluation, pay $500 civil penalty, court costs and fees.
    Johnny Wesley Smith, Brunswick, Ga. – O.W.I., pleaded guilty, sentenced to 48 hours in county jail (may complete McCartney Program in lieu of jail time), ordered to pay $1,250 fine, court costs and fees.
    Lorie Sue Tompkins, Treynor – O.W.I., pleaded guilty, sentence suspended to two days in county jail, one year probation, ordered to undergo substance abuse evaluation, pay $1,250 fine, court costs and fees.
    Joseph Daniel McNeal, Council Bluffs – driving while barred (habitual offender), pleaded guilty, sentenced to 17 days in county jail with credit given for time already served, ordered to pay court costs and fees.
    Thomas P. Tupper, Glenwood – first-degree harassment, pleaded guilty, sentence suspended to one year probation, ordered to pay court costs and fees.
