The frigid winter weather has already arrived, so go ahead and sharpen those ice skates, Glenwood.
The Glenwood City Council has authorized a proposal that will allow public ice skating at Glenwood Lake Park this winter.
The council gave its unanimous approval to the skating proposal at its regular meeting last Tuesday, Dec. 9, after taking part in discussions with Glenwood Park Board member Bill Pugsley and mayor Dyle Downing.
