Harlan used a 15-5 run to pull away from Glenwood in a 42-32 Hawkeye 10 Conference victory on Friday in Harlan.
The Rams (10-6 overall, 7-3 in the conference) struggled to find their touch on offense, shooting 26.4 percent from the field (14-of-53) in the loss.
Emily Blum paced Glenwood with 12 points. Grace Newman added nine points and Hailey Darrow eight.
Taylor Wagner led Harlan with 12 points.
