Glenwood wins title at Heelan, avenges loss to Lewis Central

    The Glenwood wrestling team picked up the team title and avenged an earlier loss to Council Bluffs Lewis Central in the championship match at the Sioux City Heelan Duals on Saturday.
    The Rams, who lost to the Titans in a tight conference dual 42-32 on  Jan. 12, defeated Council Bluffs Lewis Central 35-24 in the championship match at Heelan to win the dual tournament. Glenwood knocked off Sioux City East 45-34, LeMars 39-33 and Lincoln (Neb.) East 39-34 to reach the finals.
