The Rams (21-8 overall, 12-5 in the Hawkeye 10 Conference) have won nine straight since a June 29 7-6 loss to Clarinda.
Matt Schulz (2-2) came on in relief of Magnussen, who started on the hill, to pitch three innings of scoreless relief and earn the win. Taylor Kaufman came on in the seventh to to earn the save.
Magnussen drove in two runs. Loeffelbein doubled, walked once and stole two bases.
Drake Ruth tossed a complete-game one-hitter for Glenwood in a 5-1 Hawkeye 10 Conference victory over Atlantic on Thursday.
Ruth (6-1) struck out nine and did not allow an earned run in the win.
Grant Loeffelbein and Taylor Kaufman led Glenwood with two hits and an RBI each.
Eleven different Rams had at least one hit for Glenwood in a 16-1 victory over Creston last Tuesday.
Six of the Rams' 16 hits went for extra-bases. Taylor Kaufman was 3-for-3 with a triple and four RBIs. Josh Magnussen was 2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBIs.
