Thursday, May 15: Pork riblet smothered in a tangy BBQ sauce on a hot dog bun, cut green beans, peach cobbler.
Friday, May 16: Spaghetti with hearty red meat sauce, Italian blend vegetables, fresh spinach side salad with dressing PC, WG bread stick / marg.
Monday, May 19: Baked boneless pork chop, scalloped potatoes, spinach, wheat dinner roll / marg., cinnamon apples.
Tuesday, May 20: Summer salad: mix of shredded lettuce and spinach, topped with garlic herb chicken strips, grape tomatoes, cucumber slices, hard boiled egg and dressing, wheat dinner roll / marg., diced peaches.
Wednesday, May 21: Slow cooked beef and noodles, Brussels sprouts, zucchini and tomatoes, salt-free bread / marg., fresh grapes.
