Glenwood Police Reports 9-18

Incidents
    Aug. 21 – Gayle Spetman of Council Bluffs reported a theft.
    Sept. 1 – Jake Champ of Clarinda reported a theft of his vehicle.

Accidents
    Aug. 30 – A vehicle driven by Trace Yager of Pacific Junction failed to yield at a stop sign at the intersection of Vine and Fifth Streets, where the vehicle collided with a second vehicle driven by Jesse Studey of Glenwood.
    Aug. 30 – A vehicle driven by Leon Portrey of Glenwood was proceeding eastbound through the intersection of Sharp and Elm Streets after stopping when a second unidentified vehicle traveling north-bound on Elm Street  approaching Sharp Street, failed to stop at the stop sign. The second vehicle collided with Portrey’s vehicle then left the scene without exchanging vehicle information.
    The second vehicle was described as a dark colored Dodge Ram with possibly a grill or cattle guard on the front.
    Sept. 5 – A tractor trailer driven by Richard Prien was attempting to pull off Ebaugh Street to cross to northbound 221st Street when it collided with a second vehicle traveling southbound on 221st, driven by Donald Yates of Glenwood. Prien said he did not see Yates’ vehicle. Yates was transported to Jennie Edmundson Hospital.Incidents
