Tuesday - Donut & cheese stick
Wednesday – Biscuit & sausage gravy
Thursday – Deli sandwich w/lettuce & tomato, baked chips, chilled mixed fruit, milk.
Friday – Chicken fajita w/diced tomatoes, Spanish rice, Cuban black bean salad, chilled pineapple, milk.
Monday – “Breakfast for lunch,” egg & cheese omelet, pancakes & syrup, baked hashbrown, chilled strawberries, milk.
Tuesday – Pork patty on a bun, baked beans, steamed corn, chilled pears, fresh baked cookie, milk.
Wednesday - Baked pasta, lettuce salad, cherry tomatoes, grapes, garlic bread, milk.
Eating vegetables is important because they provide vitamins and minerals, and most are low in calories. Here are a few of the choices we provide daily: lettuce w/50% dark green mix, cucumber slices, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, green peppers and cauliflower.
