The Omaha Public Library and the Greater Omaha Genealogical Society are sponsoring Beginning Genealogy classes for 2012. The classes will run from January through June, on the third Saturday of the month. They will be held at the Mormon Trail Center, 3215 State Street, Omaha, NE. The time is 9:15 to 12 noon. Doors open shortly after 9:00 a.m. Classes are freebut preregistration is requested. Register by calling Merrily at 402-706-1453, or email genehelper@aol.com.
