ENGAGEMENT - Lisa Lothrop/Matthew Stewart
Lisa Lothrop and Matthew Stewart have announced their engagement. Ms. Lothrop and her fiance are planning a June 17, 2011, wedding at Havelock United Methodist Church in Lincoln, Neb.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dr. Robert and Rhonda Lothrop of Glenwood. Her fiance’s parents are David and Brenda Stewart of Murdock, Neb.
Ms. Lothrop is a graduate of Glenwood Community High School and the University of Nebraska with Bachelor of Science degrees in dietetics and nutrition, exercise and health sciences. She is employed as a nutrition educator for the Council Bluffs Community school district.
Stewart is a graduate of Elmwood-Murdock High School and the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science degree in animal science. He is employed as a feedlot cowboy for the Raikes Brothers Feedlot in Ashland, Neb.
